These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ViralRef platform, including our dashboard, public API, marketing site, and all related services. By creating an account or using ViralRef, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using ViralRef on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be a Square merchant or an authorized representative of one to use our platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including valid Square merchant details. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
